Oscar Sudi Unveils Sh17 Million Gift from His Brother
Oscar Kipchumba Sudi, the renowned politician known for his charismatic style, has once again captured public attention, this time with his extravagant watch.
During an interview with Oga Obinna, Sudi showcased his pricey timepiece, revealing that it was a generous gift from his brother.
The interview kicked off with Obinna’s curious question, “Uko na saa ya one million?” Sudi confidently removed the watch and handed it over for inspection.
Obinna, visibly impressed, remarked on its weight and quality. With a little help from Google Lens, Obinna discovered that the watch’s price tag was a staggering $128,000, translating to around Sh17 million.
“Can I tell you something? Hii saa, siwezi kupea, usiote, kwa sababu hata mimi nilipewa na my brother. I also did not know the price,” Sudi explained, adding that the watch was crafted for humans, not animals or trees, highlighting its exclusivity.
Sudi’s candid remarks continued as he urged Kenyans to avoid envy and ignorance. He shared that the watch was a gift from a former Prime Minister of another country, a close friend who gave him two such watches, and he wasn’t aware of their value initially.
As the conversation shifted, Sudi addressed the criticism from Gen Z over his contributions to harambee and their involvement in anti-government protests. He revealed plans to reopen his club, which was vandalized during the protests, resulting in a loss of Sh48 million.
