Nurse Judy Defends Vera Sidika’s Sh 57K Bill: ‘Normal in America
US-based Kenyan Nurse Judy has responded to socialite Vera Sidika’s flaunting of a Sh 57,000 dinner bill, calling it a typical expense in America. According to Judy, such expenditures are common and not particularly noteworthy in the US.
“I have visited a few celebrity spots, and I’m not really a ‘somebody’ in America. As long as you can afford it, reservations are not an issue, and a 57K dinner and drinks are completely normal here,” she remarked.
Vera recently enjoyed a lavish meal at Nobu, a celebrity-favorite restaurant frequented by the Kardashians, where her bill totaled Ksh 57,000. Vera appeared unbothered by the cost, commenting, “Don’t know why they say Nobu Malibu is expensive because this is cheap AF.”
Her receipt revealed an indulgent menu:
- 1 Aqua Panna
- 1 Mango & Passion Martini
- 1 Ribeye with Truffle Butter
- 1 Lobster Spicy Garlic
- 1 Market Margarita
- 1 Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label
- 2 Casamigos Añejo @ $24 each
The bill breakdown was:
- Food: $130
- Beverage: $12
- Liquor: $257
- Tax: $39
- Total: $438.90
One fan expressed envy, commenting, “Gurl, isn’t this the Kardashians’ restaurant? Which God do y’all pray to? Eii jameni.”
Despite mixed reactions from fans, many celebrated Vera’s luxurious lifestyle. One fan noted, “Then there’s someone saying you haven’t paid your electricity bill, smh. Don’t they know better things to lie about?”
Vera humorously responded, “Lmaooo, first of all, our residence doesn’t use postpaid; we prepay and then use. So how? Second, surely, electricity isn’t something one can’t afford. A vacation per trip flight alone is one million. We are not the same. Abeg.”
In addition to her dining experiences, Vera also shopped on Rodeo Drive, another celebrity hotspot. Her glamorous adventures in Malibu continue to captivate her fans, who admire her extravagant lifestyle.
