How to Apply for Jobs Ruto Secured in Germany
In a recent interview on KTN News, Diaspora Affairs Principal Secretary Roseline Njogu provided a comprehensive guide for Kenyans interested in securing the job opportunities President William Ruto negotiated with Germany. Njogu highlighted several key websites that offer legitimate job listings and resources to aid Kenyans in their job search.
One of the main platforms she recommended is the German government-run portal, make-it-in-germany.com. The website is designed to be user-friendly, with a clear navigation structure that allows job seekers to explore over 21,000 listings in various sectors. The “Working in Germany” tab provides a detailed breakdown of the different opportunities, and the site also includes useful information on living in Germany, vocational training, and visa requirements.
In addition to make-it-in-germany.com, Njogu pointed out other valuable websites such as deutschland.de and hub4africa.bayern. Deutschland.de offers testimonials from foreigners already working in Germany, providing insights into the challenges and rewards of working abroad. Meanwhile, Hub4Africa.bayern caters to a wider African audience, offering courses tailored to job seekers at different stages of their career journey, including vocational training and entrepreneurship.
Njogu also encouraged Kenyans to explore traditional job-hunting platforms like LinkedIn and utilize recruitment agencies both in Germany and through Kenya’s National Employment Authority (NEA). Furthermore, she hinted at more region-specific German websites becoming available soon, offering more tailored opportunities for Kenyans looking to work abroad
