Tragedy struck in Malindi, Kilifi County, on Friday afternoon after an aircraft crashed in the Kwachocha area, leaving three people dead.
Eyewitnesses reported that the plane encountered technical difficulties mid-flight, leading to a loss of control before plummeting to the ground and erupting into flames.
Grisly images shared with Citizen Digital revealed the charred remains of the victims, burnt beyond recognition.
Emergency responders, including firefighters and police officers, rushed to the scene to manage the situation and investigate the cause of the fatal crash.
Authorities are yet to release further details as investigations continue.
