Horrific Killing of Eastleigh Mother and Girls As Autopsy Revealed
In a shocking revelation, Chief Government Pathologist Johansen Oduor has provided disturbing details of the autopsy conducted on an Eastleigh mother, Wasir Daud, her daughter Amina Abdirashid, and her niece, Nuseiba Dahir, whose lives were brutally taken.
Addressing the media at City Mortuary, Oduor disclosed the grim injuries inflicted upon the three victims, exposing the horrifying nature of the crime.
According to Oduor, Wasir Daud’s body bore particularly disturbing injuries, with both arms being mutilated and the skin on her face torn. “The mother’s hands were chopped off, and the skin on her face was peeled,” Oduor stated.
“Her neck was almost entirely severed, with deep wounds to the neck’s vessels and trachea.” The autopsy further revealed that Amina, Daud’s daughter, suffered multiple stab wounds, one of which penetrated her heart, leading to her death. The pathologist further noted that young Nuseiba, aged 10, appeared to have been suffocated and showed signs of sexual assault, underscoring the cruelty inflicted upon her.
The three were last seen alive on Monday, October 21, when CCTV footage captured Amina and Nuseiba leaving home to search for their mother, who had not returned from a hospital visit. Their bodies were later discovered in separate locations — Bahati, Parklands, and Machakos — all showing severe injuries.
A major breakthrough came on Friday as DCI detectives recovered a vehicle believed to have been used by the assailants. The car was found abandoned at Nairobi’s Wakulima Market.
Investigations took a twist when reports surfaced that a woman in the company of the victims during the abduction confirmed that the perpetrators had demanded a ransom of Ksh1 million for their release.
Despite the family managing to deposit the amount into an Ethiopian bank account, the abductors followed through with the murder, reportedly fearing that their identities had been exposed.
The Eastleigh community and human rights activists have called on the police to expedite the investigation and deliver justice to the grieving family. Samples from the autopsies have been submitted for further analysis as authorities pursue the killers of this unspeakable crime.
